(“CatchAll,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses from individuals (“you” and/or “your”) who use our website (including https://www.catchall.net/), services, and apps that link to this Privacy Policy (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures described in this Privacy Policy. CatchAll collects certain information from or about you that can be used to identify you (“Personal Information”). We collect Personal Information from or about you or your devices from a variety of sources, as described below.
A. Personal Information You Provide Us.
Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account, we ask you for your name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, security question, and security question answer. If you use the Services without signing up for an account in “guest mode,” we may collect your device ID.
Online Account Management. If you elect to subscribe to certain services available on the Services, including the ability to access any password-protected areas of the Services through your account, you may be required to submit Personal Information, such as your email address, username, and previous password, for the purpose of verifying your identity and your authority to manage the account.

If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn.

We may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background and when the app is closed. We use your location information to make recommendations, remind you where you have been so that the places are recalled for you while using the Services, request services, and enable maps. With Whom Do We Disclose Information That We Collect?
Partners and Affiliates. We may disclose any information we receive to our partners, corporate affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries for any purpose described in this Privacy Policy.
Vendors and Service Providers. We may disclose any information we receive to vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Website.
User Content. Our Services is a social service in which you can find, enjoy, and share content. Your name, username, current address, permanent address, and other profile information will always be viewable and searchable by other users. Your followers will be visible to everyone if your account is public. The content you post to the Services will be displayed on the Services and viewable by other users by default. Although this content is public by default, below in the “Your Choices” section of this Privacy Policy, we describe the controls that you can use, along with other relevant settings associated with your account, to limit the sharing of certain information. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services.

The Services is intended for a general audience and is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. You can update your account and profile information or close your account through your profile settings.
