This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal information that CatchAll Inc. (“CatchAll,” “we,” “us,” and/or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses from individuals (“you” and/or “your”) who use our website (including https://www.catchall.net/), services, and apps that link to this Privacy Policy (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures described in this Privacy Policy. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service.

What Personal Information Do We Collect?

CatchAll collects certain information from or about you that can be used to identify you (“Personal Information”). We collect Personal Information from or about you or your devices from a variety of sources, as described below.

A. Personal Information You Provide Us.

Registration and Profile Information. When you sign up for an account, we ask you for your name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, security question, and security question answer. If you use the Services without signing up for an account in “guest mode,” we may collect your device ID. 

Online Account Management. If you elect to subscribe to certain services available on the Services, including the ability to access any password-protected areas of the Services through your account, you may be required to submit Personal Information, such as your email address, username, and previous password, for the purpose of verifying your identity and your authority to manage the account. 

Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, address, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services. 

Careers. If you decide that you wish to apply for a job with us, you may submit your contact information and your resume online. We will collect the information you choose to provide on your resume, such as your education and employment experience. You may also apply through LinkedIn. If you do so, we will collect the information you make available to us on LinkedIn. 

Payment Information. If you make a purchase through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf. 

B.Personal Information Collected Automatically.

We and our third-party service providers may collect Personal Information automatically from you when you visit and use the Services. Such Personal Information includes the following: 

Location Information. When you use the Services, we may receive your precise location information. We may also collect the precise location of your device when the app is running in the foreground or background and when the app is closed. We use your location information to make recommendations, remind you where you have been so that the places are recalled for you while using the Services, request services, and enable maps. We also infer your general location information, for example by using your internet protocol (IP) address. 

Usage Information. We may collect information about how you interact with the Services. This may include information such as the dates and time you visit the Services, the pages or other content you view, referring / exit URLS, your browser type, the domain name of your internet service provider, the searches you conduct, people you follow, purchases you make. 

Device Information. We may collect information about the devices you use to access the Services, including your device make and model, IP address, location information, operating applications, and unique device identifiers. 

User Content. We may collect any information you upload to the services, such as your photos, videos, and description of yourself. 

Messages Between Users. When you communicate with other users through our Services, we and our third-party partners receive the content of the messages you send and receive and information about those messages, such as when it was sent or received. 

Cookies and Usage Reports. We and our third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. 3. improving our products and services, the Services, user experience, and our business;

With Whom Do We Disclose Information That We Collect? 

Partners and Affiliates. We may disclose any information we receive to our partners, corporate affiliates, parents, or subsidiaries for any purpose described in this Privacy Policy. 

Vendors and Service Providers. We may disclose any information we receive to vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Website. 

User Content. Our Services is a social service in which you can find, enjoy, and share content. Your name, username, current address, permanent address, and other profile information will always be viewable and searchable by other users. Your followers will be visible to everyone if your account is public. The content you post to the Services will be displayed on the Services and viewable by other users by default. Although this content is public by default, below in the “Your Choices” section of this Privacy Policy, we describe the controls that you can use, along with other relevant settings associated with your account, to limit the sharing of certain information. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Services. 

Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. As Required By Law and Similar Disclosures. We may also disclose Personal Information if we become subject to a subpoena or court order, or if we are otherwise legally required to disclose information. Your Choices 

Sharing Preferences. We provide you with settings to allow you to set your sharing preferences for content you post to the Services. Certain information may always be publicly available to others, and other information is made publicly available to others by default. To change whether certain information is publicly viewable, you can adjust the settings in your account. 

Location Information. You can prevent your device from sharing precise location information at any time through your device’s operating system settings. However, location is core to our Services and without it, you may not be able to successfully use our Services. 

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us. 

How Do We Protect Information Collected About You? 

CatchAll takes reasonable measures to secure and protect information on the Services by using safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your information. 

Linked Websites 

For your convenience, some hyperlinks may be posted on the Services that link to other websites not under our control. We are not responsible for, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to, the privacy practices of those websites or pages not under our control or of any companies that we do not own or control. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any information to them. We do not endorse any of those websites or pages, the services or products described or offered on such sites or pages, or any of the content contained on those sites or pages. 

Social Media Platforms 

Any information, communications, or material that you submit to any pages associated with CatchAll on social media platforms are subject to the terms of use and privacy policy of such social media platform. We encourage you to review the terms of use and privacy policy described on any such social media platforms. 

Children 

The Services is intended for a general audience and is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information about children or sell products to children. If you learn that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of this Privacy Policy, then you may alert us at support@catchall.net. 

Update Your Information 

You can update your account and profile information or close your account through your profile settings. 

Visiting the Services From Outside The United States 

If you are visiting the Services, or any part thereof, from outside of the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States. The data protection and other laws of the United States may not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using any portion of the Services, you consent to the transfer of your Personal Information to our servers and databases in the United States and those third parties with whom we share such information as described in this Privacy Policy. 

Do Not Track Requests 

We adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Policy and do not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.

We will post any updates to this Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted. If we make a material update, we may notify you of such update by through our Services (including our website or app), by email, or other means.
